This page explains general distance sales conditions for orders placed through DESARJ. Order-specific buyer, product, amount and delivery details are included in the preliminary information presented during checkout and the order records. This general page does not replace order-specific information and the electronic confirmation process.

The buyer is the person whose name, contact, billing and delivery details appear in the order. Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply to purchases made as a consumer.

2. Product and order information

The selected product's model, variant, quantity, main characteristics, tax-inclusive price, discount and any delivery/other costs are shown before the order is completed. The order confirmation includes these details. Decorative items or separately sold accessories shown in images are not included unless expressly listed in the package contents.

3. Payment

Payment is made using the iyzico card payment or bank transfer/EFT options offered at checkout. Bank transfer/EFT account: VakıfBank — Raşit Saraylıoğlu — IBAN: TR55 0001 5001 5800 7365 8712 68. If collection is incomplete, the order's payment status is confirmed; no dispatch is made before payment is received.

4. Delivery and shipping offers

We ship throughout Türkiye and internationally. All domestic orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum spend. The international free shipping offer applies to Neoclassic hookah set purchases; delivery fees for other orders are communicated before ordering. Domestic shipping is handled through the ikas shipping infrastructure. Delivery options depend on the service coverage of the country and address; free shipping does not mean that any customs or import obligations are also free. Applicable conditions for international transactions are explained separately before ordering.

Delivery takes place within the period stated in the order; except for the statutory exception for custom-made products, the period for sales of goods may not exceed 30 days. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of performance. In the event of actual impossibility, the buyer is informed within three days and amounts collected are refunded within the statutory period.

5. Withdrawal and return

Except for statutory exceptions, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty; notice may also be given before delivery. Send a clear written withdrawal notice to [email protected] or the seller's address. Unless the seller offers to collect it, the product must be returned within 14 days of notice.

The return address is the seller's address above. Contact us for carrier and shipping instructions. When using the return carrier specified in the preliminary information, the consumer is not held responsible for shipping costs; if no carrier is specified, return costs are also not charged to the consumer.

6. Refunds

In statutory withdrawal, the amount collected, including standard delivery costs, is refunded using the original payment method without additional cost to the consumer. The 14-day refund period starts when the product is handed to the specified carrier; with another carrier, it starts when the product reaches the seller. For undelivered orders, the period starts with the withdrawal notice. The store's additional 15-day return policy and details are on the Returns and Exchanges page; it does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Exceptions and product issues

For goods made to personal specifications or products unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons after protective packaging has been opened, an exception to withdrawal applies only if the relevant statutory conditions are met. Opening the box of a hookah or accessory does not automatically remove the right to return. Statutory consumer remedies for defective, missing or incorrect products remain applicable. Reporting shipping damage and obtaining a report where possible facilitates the process; absence of a report alone does not remove statutory rights.

8. Data, disputes and effect

Order data is processed under the Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy. Disputes may be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the applicable jurisdiction and monetary limits; mandatory mediation provisions and the consumer's rights to apply at their place of residence remain applicable. The contract is established through electronic acceptance of order-specific preliminary information and sales conditions; mandatory statutory provisions take precedence.
