Return period and applications

DESARJ's store return period is 15 days from delivery. Send your request by email with your order number. Your statutory right of withdrawal and rights concerning defective goods remain applicable; this store policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Preparing the product

Under the store's additional return policy, the product is expected to be unused, with its label intact, unaltered and suitable for resale. Package the product with the accessories delivered with it to prevent damage during transport. Include the return information on your e-Archive invoice. Written notice is sufficient to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping

Before dispatch, ask our support team for the contracted return carrier and required shipping information. Shipping instructions for your return request will be shared with you. Under the statutory right of withdrawal, return costs are not charged to the consumer when using the return carrier specified in the preliminary information.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the payment method used for the purchase, without additional fees. Under the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund period is 14 days; it starts when you hand the product to the carrier specified in the preliminary information. If another carrier is used, the period starts when the product reaches the seller. For orders not yet delivered, the period starts with the withdrawal notice.

Exchanges and product issues

Specify the model or option you would like in an exchange request. You will be informed of the process after availability and stock are assessed. Requests concerning missing, damaged or defective products are assessed separately; the 15-day store return period does not remove statutory rights concerning those products.
