Which information is used?

Your name, surname, phone number, email, delivery and billing addresses provided through membership and order forms; order, payment and return transaction information; and support requests are used to the extent required by the transaction. Information needed for invoicing is obtained within the scope required by applicable legislation.

Purpose of use

Your information is used to manage your account and order, track payment and delivery, issue invoices, resolve return requests and answer your questions. The legal grounds for processing personal data and your rights are explained separately in the Personal Data Notice.

Payment and service providers

Card payment transactions are handled through the iyzico payment infrastructure, and bank transfer/EFT transactions through the bank. Do not send card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email or WhatsApp. Only information needed for the relevant service is shared with ikas, payment institutions, banks and delivery carriers.

Cookies and preference management

Cookies may be used for store functions such as remembering sessions, carts and preferences. You may delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some store functions. When non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are used, the required preference and permission processes are applied separately.

Security and retention

Access to information is limited to what the service requires. Keep your account password confidential and report suspicious transactions to us. Transaction records are retained for statutory retention obligations and the period required by the relevant process; when processing conditions cease to apply, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with legislation.

Commercial communications and external links

Membership or shopping alone does not constitute permission for promotional messages. You may communicate your commercial communication preferences to us. When you access WhatsApp, a payment institution or another external service, that service's privacy conditions also apply.
